Serene is part of a landscape series of paintings I am diving back into. I haven’t painted the ocean in quite some time. It was time to dive back in (excuse the pun). The sea creates moments for reflection, for healing and mindfulness. It is so peaceful for me personally. I love being near and in the ocean, it’s like a complete rest! With everything that has gone on the last couple of years, I really feel the need for this serene feeling and reset. I think there will be many more serene moments to come!
