Peaceful Day is part of a new mini art series. This painting is part of the beautiful view from my sister’s home. The view is picturesque whichever way you look! It’s a delightful mini landscape artwork and I love it here on a pile of books with its face towards the light. Like it’s smiling.

What may seem as the simple” landscapes like this are often my favourite. They hold a sweet memory of place and time that tells a story you want to hold on to. Like a photograph but better! It captures the light on the hill and the way the sky was moving at the time. A capture of time. Yes. Time standing still.
