Belonging

Description

Belonging is a continuation of my Landscape series. My love of the landscape really has no bounds. This imagined work is a combination of the bushland at the end of my street and the rolling hills I see from the back verandah at my home. I love the shapes and colours of trees and particularly their beautiful gumtree trunks.

I love creating atmospheric landscapes with soft, comforting light that also feels like a warm hug. This scene invites the viewer in and talk about our deep connection to nature.
