Wave Movement 2 is part of my Quiet Reflection series.

Wave Movement 1 & 2 are about the beautiful ocean (a subject close to my heart) and wave movements.  I often paint in multiples as you will see in the Collection. My multiples, I mean I painted them at the same times and have the same subject matter. Often they are connected as the same image too.

Time after lockdown also allowed me space to experiment. Experiment with painting techniques, materials, subject matters, landscapes and very abstract pieces (still abstract based). This is the silver lining of Covid … otherwise I would not have has time or space to experiment like this.

Here I was playing with spray paint in combination with watery layers to create beautiful effects that really speak about the water and movement for me. Bliss!
