New Path  is a continuation of my Landscape series. It is also referencing an artwork I made a few years back titled ‘Journeys.’ It’s all about the paths in life we take and and the journey of our life. Sometimes the path is planned and sometimes it is not at all what we thought it would be. The best of all is the unplanned path being the best path of all.

I love the marks in this piece and its soulmate ‘Walk With Me’.  The scratchy marks, the squiggly lines and pops of pink. It’s all part of our story.
